France | Voltage Regulating Transformer

This year, CEEG exported the new HKSSPZ-13000/15 series voltage regulating transformer to France. Due to our advanced technologies and commitment to innovation, we have made new requirement for the technical performance of our products.

This type of transformer features a design that includes fine-tuning and coarse-tuning windings on the high-voltage side to provide power to the excitation winding. Furthermore, after conducting temperature field and leakage field simulation analysis and prototype testing, we have successfully solved the problems such as local overheating of 130% in overload operation, and imbalance in the low-voltage side three-phase current. This function ensures the long-term stable operation. In addition, it is equipped with the ETOS ED smart control cabinet from MR Germany, which has an automatic voltage regulator and transformer management system, enables remote digital monitoring, control, and adjustment. All these features enhance the operational efficiency and reduces maintenance costs.

This project not only highlights the development in our manufacturing capabilities but also shows our creative vision. Our product series will still develop towards intelligent and green solutions, providing customers with full lifecycle product operation and maintenance.

Indonesia | Intelligent Prefabricated Substation

Recently, there has been a significant development in Indonesia. PT Sumber Daya Energi ("PT SDE"), an underground mining company that owns the first large-scale underground coal mining operation in the country, is planning to establish its coal industries. Fortunately, CEEG has seized this opportunity and partnered with PT SDE to provide intelligent prefabricated substations.

As a country with over 100 billion tons of coal reserves, the coal in Indonesia can be mined for at least 60 years. However, coal washing is an essential process in coal processing, which requires a stable and intelligent power supply. For the SDE-1 mine coal washing plant, CEEG R&D team conducted thorough research and designed an intelligent prefabricated substation. The substation integrates advanced automation control technology and high-efficiency power equipment, which has several features such as easy installation, intelligent operation and maintenance, high efficiency, and energy saving.

This type of substation has an enclosure, standardized design, factory-customized delivery, on-site assembly construction, and modular combination of electrical equipment. There are many devices in it such as transformers, high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, and other auxiliary equipment. This product can be customized according to specific needs.

Algeria | Energy Efficient Oil-Immersed Power Transformer

We are very pleased to announce that the Tosyali Algeria 4 million tons/year Travelling Grate Pellet Project was successfully launched, and several CEEG S-series energy-saving oil-immersed power transformers were all delivered.

Algeria is the largest country in Africa. With a diverse range of mineral resources, it ranks fourth in economic scale on the continent. There are nearly 30 types of mines and at least 4 billion tons of iron ore resources. Therefore, as an important infrastructure construction project in Algeria, it is of significance for increasing the local market's competitiveness.

CEEG attaches great importance to the project. We customized several S-series energy-saving oil-immersed power transformers for the project, which will provide a stable and efficient power supply for the entire production process. The S-series energy-saving oil-immersed power transformers are manufactured through advanced design concepts and manufacturing processes, featuring small size, lightweight, and low noise, and can maintain efficient and stable operation in various complex environments. Especially this type of transformer has excellent energy-saving performance, effectively reducing energy consumption and improving the efficiency of the power system.
