CEEG Yangzhong production base
CEEG Yangzhong production base is one of the largest dry-type transformer production bases in China, covering an area of more than 600 acres (40 hectares), with a construction area of 180,000 square meters, and an annual production capacity of 30 million kVA power transformers. The factory has a professional R&D team, including senior engineers, professors, mid-level engineers, PhD and master technicians, including old experts with rich design experience, as well as new R&D forces such as highly educated masters and undergraduates.
The factory mainly produces SG series non-encapsulated, SC epoxy, SCR semi-encapsulated, 220kV traction and power transformers, oil-immersed transformers of 110kV and below, explosion-proof transformers for mining, explosion-proof switches for mining, high and low voltage switchgear, inverters, frequency converters, amorphous alloy transformers, American and European-style box-type substation, wind power transformers, and marine transformers. It is committed to providing high-quality transmission and distribution products and services for industries such as power, electronics, hydroelectricity, nuclear power, wind power, coal mining, communications, construction, petroleum, chemical industry, aviation, transportation, and railways.
CEEG Binjiang Production Base
CEEG Binjiang Production Base integrates research and development, manufacturing, sales, and technical services for amorphous alloy dry-type transformers, epoxy resin casting dry-type transformers, and explosion-proof electrical products. The Binjiang factory boasts modernized facilities spanning over 40,000 square meters, equipped with a full set of automated cutting, vacuum impregnation, large-scale CNC milling, testing, and other transformer production and inspection equipment. Simultaneously, the factory houses a 20,000-square-meter transformer manufacturing workshop that meets advanced manufacturing standards, with a production capacity of 2.2 million KVA for mining explosion-proof transformers annually. The Binjiang factory is one of the research and production bases for amorphous alloy dry-type transformers, epoxy resin casting dry-type transformers, and explosion-proof transformers.
CEEG Jurong Production Base
CEEG - Jurong Production Base is situated within the Rongning Entrepreneurship Park in Jurong City, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 25.3 acres and housing four modern standardized factory buildings. With 10 transformer production lines and several advanced assembly equipment sets, the factory achieves an annual output value of 600 million RMB. The factory's scope of business includes the design, research and development, manufacturing, and related technical services of power transmission and transformation equipment, as well as the self-operated and agency-based import and export business of various commodities and technologies.
Our factory possesses a technical research and development team, as well as experimental and production equipment within the industry, launching dozens of new technology products into the market every year. These new products undergo rigorous testing by various institutions, with their technological level reaching domestic advanced standards. Twenty-five products have been certified through provincial-level scientific and technological appraisal, while twenty products have been recognized as high-tech products. The research and development work has garnered high praise from authorities at all levels.
Regarding the introduction of new technologies, we consistently adhere to the correct development strategy, actively seeking the introduction and absorption of internationally advanced technologies. We have collaborated with international enterprises such as DuPont™, Siemens, and Schneider, introducing DuPont™ ReliatraN® transformer technology and Schneider's box transformer technology. Collaborations with domestic research institutes such as Southeast University, China University of Mining and Technology, Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang Transformer Research Institute, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Electrical Engineering have been established across various fields.
