1. High Temperature Resistance:

High-temperature-resistant transformers can operate at 100% load continuously at an ambient temperature of 40°C. In contrast, traditional oil-immersed transformers can only operate at 81% load under the same conditions, posing a risk of high-temperature tripping. High temperature-resistant liquid transformers can operate at full load under high temperatures, ensuring safe and reliable power supply in industries requiring high-load operation during high summer temperatures.

2. Low Maintenance Costs:

Conventional oil transformers typically use ordinary mineral oil and require oil inspection and filtration every two to three years. High temperature-resistant liquid has superior oxidation resistance and a slower aging rate, requiring inspection only every ten years. The coils use unique NOMEX® insulation paper, providing stable mechanical and electrical properties at high temperatures. NOMEX® insulation material has a long lifespan at elevated temperatures.

3. Energy Efficient and Environmentally Friendly:

Materials used in high temperature-resistant transformers can be recycled and reused at the end of their service life, and their waste products can be biodegraded, meeting sustainable development and environmental protection requirements. NOMEX® insulation paper is biodegradable after its service life, and high temperature-resistant oil can be treated and recycled, with treated waste being decomposed by soil microorganisms without toxicity, thus avoiding long-term environmental accumulation and pollution.

4. Safe and Reliable:

For specific customers in industries such as cement, steel, coal, and paper, high temperature-resistant transformers are designed considering the load fluctuations and instability specific to these sectors. The insulation system of the product remains undamaged under these conditions, ensuring safe and reliable long-term operation.
