Core Technology:

1. Dry-type rectifier transformers for hydrogen production power sources provide multi-pulse output, meeting the need for a stable DC power supply for secondary-side equipment.

2. The transformer adopts wide-linear magnetic flux regulation technology, ensuring linear adjustment of secondary output voltage under constant input voltage, meeting the requirements for voltage variation of equipment.

3. The input winding adopts a fully symmetrical parallel structure, using a loaded (or no excitation) switch synchronous adjustment method to avoid circulation. Two sets of output windings adopt different connection groups (d/y), eliminating the influence of higher-order harmonics on multiple power grids, ensuring consistent phase angles for all phases, and stabilizing the DC waveform after multi-pulse rectification.

Currently, hydrogen production rectifier transformers are mainly applied in three scenarios:

1. Multi-pulse three-phase bridge thyristor rectifier system.

2. Three-phase bridge diode rectifier + IGBT chopper system.

3. Three-phase bridge PWM rectifier + DC/DC chopper system.
